Self-Evaluation:
                                            Class Evaluation

From this class I liked how my teacher was well managed and he always had everything prepared so that we can be ready all the time. This class was very inspirational and Mr. Haymore always had quotes and explanation for each of them it was a very enthusiasm thing to learn. I liked how he would always surprise us with ctr card checks it was a very good thing because he is teaching us how to be responsible.

I did not like how some students were being very impertinence with the class it would get annoying because whenever Mr. Haymore would say something they would react with an inappropriate comment. Yeah we have different opinions but we don't have to say mean things about what the other person says.

This class can be a little bit more fun. Like for example, there could be music while we are doing our assignment, not relate everything to computers like have us walk around and have more movement. We can listen to our music we want while our tasks are being done some kids don't deserve it but it will be more interesting if we had something else to do while typing.

A highlight for me was I didn't really know much about ctr but i got the chance to learn more about it and it worked because i know plenty of information. Another highlight I had was I am learning how to type without the need of me facing down to the keyboard.

In this class I really did try my best to improve my grade from an B to and A and i did accomplish it because I tried my best to get a good grade. I gave it the requirements I needed it turned out really good because I always turned in my work and did everything on time.

Most of the time I do de my life planning goals journal because i have time. Other times I forget to do it because through out the week my schedule is sometimes too tight. I know five minutes isn't a lot but I have to do homework get ready for karate shower do all those things. Therefore, i don't i really don't have much time to do my journals.

I am committed to being a ctr person because i want to be in the correct path. I want to have a professional career and be very successful later on. I know that ctr can help me in going to my journey and become something me and my family will be very proud of. I will be committed to choose the right it is hard but i know that i will always be able to do it.

            Student Success Statement

“When you tell one lie, it leads to another”  by Paul Hatch

Lies are bad friends to have or to make. Sometimes we lie only once but whenever we lie once then we keep lying to protect ourselves. We are humans and yeah we make mistakes all the time but we don’t have to lie because it makes us look very bad. For example, we lie when we say we have been at school to finish a project. When our parents ask us again we say we took even longer because the teacher took forever to bring the supplies. That is when we decide to keep lying and we just build sandwich  made of lies. We may sometimes feel the urge to lie but we don’t think about it we just do it. Everything we do has consequences to our actions whether it is good or bad.  It really doesn’t matter what type of lie it was small or big lies will always be lies and they are known as bad. When one person lies after they get caught then everyone knows who they really are and people will dislike them.  Sometimes we believe it is okay to lie to not hurt someone’s feelings but the truth is that we shouldn’t lie because the truth always comes out eventually.  There are no excuses when it comes to lying because are bad and wrong people think that lies will never backfire but sometimes they do. We have to speak the truth because if we are always lying then no one will want to be near us or talk to us. For example: the boy who cried wolf he always kept lying and he never set boundaries on his lies he said one lie after the other. So the day there was an actual situation no one believed him that is why we have to always speak the truth and not lie because when we do everything will fall apart for us. We have ,any situations in which we just want to lie but we will always  pay the price of our lies.

                    A Sting From a Scorpion

We must always choose the right because we don’t know the consequences we will get for choosing the wrong. A little kid was told to wear shoes because in the desert there are many animals/insects they are exposed to. He thought about but said,” I’m just going for a little while no need to wear shoes there sandals will be good enough.” Sadly the sandals weren’t good enough the child ended up getting stung by a scorpion. The pain and sorrow he felt at that moment were the consequences he received because he chose the wrong. Even if we are told something simple we must obey it because there are consequences. As Mark Twain stated we must always do the right thing so we can be fine healthy and not in pain like that poor little kid. That day he learned a very valuable lesson to always do the right thing at that moment and rebel to what his parents told him. It is better if we choose now to do the right things than doing it later on when something bad has happened to us. We may think oh we are okay nothing bad will happen to us but in reality it isn’t for sure that we will be okay if we don’t choose the right.

“Always do right” By: Mark Twain

Everytime we choose the right then good things will happen to us. There are many obstacles when it comes to doing the right thing because it’s never really easy. When we choose the right then we will feel good about ourselves whether you do something for you or for others. When we choose the right our path to success is very easy because we will not make it hard because we always choose the right. For example you don’t have to go to the extreme when you do right a simple  gesture is good enough.  For example we can help out people carry their groceries because not everyone is in good conditions.  Sometimes  it looks so sad that people are trying to carry there groceries or cross but they simply can’t because they aren’t in a good condition.  That is why we have to choose the right all the time so that we can help others because one day we will need their help as well.  Many of us right now don’t  choose the right  because  we believe that we look dumb and all of that but in reality we need to always do the right things  so we can have a successful path.

           “World War ll”

1. During the World War ll many countries fought against each other.  The World War 2 was a battle between two groups of countries named the “Allies” and theAxis”. In the Allies the countries were Britain, France, Russia,  China, and the United States. The major Axis Powers were Germany, Italy, and Japan.

2. The World War 2 took place in Russia, Europe, Africa, Pacific Ocean,            Asia, Middle East, Mediterranean Ocean. Eurasia, Scandinavia, SouthEast Asia, and the Atlantic Ocean.

  • Take flowers to a Veterans memorial.
  • Call a veterans family member

             Student Success Statement

     The three questions:

  1. Can people trust me to do what’s right?
  2. Am I committed to doing my very best?
  3. Do I treat people the way I want to be treated?

“I f the answer to these are YES, there is no way you can fail.” By: Lou Holtz

This statement is telling me how if we follow the ctr path then we won’t fail at all. Those three questions are the ones that make us a strong person. If we don’t treat people the way we want to be treated then we will fail later on because we are not showing kindness.  Sometimes we do things but we do them by force it doesn’t mean we are committed to try our best. We must always try our very best so that we can succeed and achieve great things in life. No matter how hard things get there will always be a change if we give it our best.  There will be many obstacles but when we try our best nothing negative will come out of that. Trust is  something very important! If people can’t trust us then we will fail because people will always think we are lying. There will always be trust if we learn not to break that trust. If all of those questions are yes then we will make it and be successful without failure.

                    Challenges Teens Face Today
  1. There are many teens that are going through some issues maybe personal or physical but they do ctw because of it. We don’t notice how these things affect our community because of it. Teens face many issues and aren’t receiving the help they need. Due to lack of help they do things they shouldn’t be doing today. Our teen life is to enjoy and yeah we may have problems but we don’t need to choose the right. These are some issues that teens are most common to face.

  1. Cyber bullying
  2. Grades
  3. Cyber Talking
  4. Drugs and Alcohol
    5.Broken Homes
    6. Violence
     7. Sex
     8. Self-Esteem and  Body image

 2) One of the major issues I have right now is school. It is school because I stress out about homework and test. School is very important to me because I want to grow up and have a professional career.

3) Being a ctr person helps me a lot because  I am choosing the right to stay in school and do all of my work. Ctr helps a lot of people who follow it because it leads you to the right path way.

4) I can help others by supporting them talking to them and give them a hand when they need it. I can give them advice try to keep them on the right path and get them to be a ctr person.

Reflection: The greatest needs teens need is support and comprehension. Teens need a lot of emotional support because they struggle to get there things together and be who they are. They  are still trying to figure themselves out and with every issue they have it make it even harder for them. Teens go into a lot of issues because they don’t know how to handle it or maybe they aren’t getting the attention from their family. Teens are developing and they have the struggles to get back up and keep trying.
