Student Success Statement

“If it is not right, do not do it ; if it is not true then don’t say it .”

This quote is telling us how we need to think to ourselves and if our actions are incorrect then we shouldn’t do them because there will be consequences. Sometimes we may think that we are doing the right things but we must always think at least twice about the decisions or things we are about to do. When we say things then we should say them because they are true we are not suppose to go around and say things that are lies. For example: If you are with your friends and you’re saying things about yourself that aren’t true then you will be the one looking bad in front of your friends. We sometimes may say things that aren’t true because we want to fit in and be with the cool kids. But if we are lying about something like that then no one would really like us because they will always think we are lying.  If our actions are bringing us trouble then we know we have to what is right and change. If we are always lying about something then no one would like to be around us.
