Dermatologist



Duties and Responsibilities: A Dermatologist is the branch of medicine dealing with the skin, nails, hair, and its diseases. A dermatologist treats diseases in the widest sense, and some cosmetic problems of the skin, scalp,hair, and the nails. Dermatology involves but is not limited to study,research, and diagnosis of normal and disorders.

Salary:$300,000

Education: College earning a bachelor’s degree. Medical school becoming a medical doctor or osteopathic medicine. Internship of 1 year. Dermatology residency program for at least 3 year.

Demand for this profession: if you want to be a Dermatologist you must  desire to heal people, and you are driven to work long hours of training to achieve your goals. You have to be willing to get a bachelor’s degree in a pre-medical program followed by 7 more years of training.



Reflection: In my opinion I wouldn’t like to be a dermatologist because it takes a lot of years to complete that path as a dermatologist.Even though the pay is good i wouldn’t like to be one because it takes a lot of work to become one and work as one.
