Flight Surgeons (Army)
Duties and Responsibilities: The flight surgeons provide aviation and general medical services for Army aviation personnel. They also provide aviation and general medical services for Army aviation and other operational units. Flight Surgeons serve as a career specialist in aviation medicine in areas of air crew standards, aero medical education,aeromedical research, and aero medical administration.
Salary: They get in between $3,835 or $6,240
Education:
- Current license to practice medicine in the U.S
- Eligibility for board certification
- Complete at least one year of an approved graduate internship
- Between 21-42 years of age
- Must be a U.S citizen
