Duties and Responsibilities: A health librarian provides all of the access to the medical information through books, pamphlets and journals. Health science librarian help health providers, patients and students. They give the information available to the patients. They work in places like the library, companies, and health centers. The librarians are responsible for finding the most important information about health. Many health librarians create web pages of internet sources for there clients,

Education:
  • Graduate from high school
  • 4 year bachelor’s degree
  • Masters degree in library science

 Demand or need for this profession:
  • Research
  • Information sources
  • Consumer health
  • Medical informatics
  • Cataloging and management


Reflection: I would not like to become an health sciences librarian because  they spend most of their time in the library and it takes kinda long to study  that career. For me it is not interesting because i don’t like to read any books and that job isn’t what i need because i don’t have that much patients with helping others.
